These Terms of Service govern the Missed Today website at missedtoday.com and the Missed Today Automation application, including its owner-operated social publishing integrations. Purpose

Missed Today prepares concise news-video packages from public reporting and licensed or project-owned media. The service is not a source of professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Authorized use

Publishing tools may be used only by the owner of the connected social accounts and only for content the owner is entitled to distribute. Credentials, access links, and approval controls must not be shared or used to access another person's account.

Content and platform rules

Use must comply with applicable law, source licenses, and the rules of each connected platform. Platform availability, review decisions, limits, and processing times are controlled by those platforms.

No guarantee

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to verify sources and prevent unauthorized publication, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated package is suitable for publication without review.

Suspension

Access may be disabled when needed to protect accounts, comply with platform requirements, investigate misuse, or prevent publication without the required approval.

Account authorization and withdrawal

The connected account owner is responsible for reviewing media and granting the required publication authorization. Account connection alone is not approval of every generated video. TikTok draft transfer, where available, requires completion in TikTok. Access may be revoked in platform settings; contact us for deletion of locally stored account-linked data.

Ownership and corrections

Third-party reporting and media retain their respective rights. Use of a short excerpt does not automatically grant reuse permission. The owner must respect license conditions and required credits, and review generated material for misleading or inaccurate representations. Report factual or rights concerns to the contact address below.

Service changes

Integrations may change or stop because of platform review, account authorization, technical failure or safety checks. These terms do not promise a particular number of views, continuous publishing or platform approval. Material updates to these terms will be identified on this page.
